If this is your account
Most suspensions come down to an unpaid invoice, and paying it lifts the suspension. You can do that yourself right now.
Log in to see any outstanding invoice and settle it. If that is not what this is about, open a ticket and tell us what is going on.
Your account area still works. It is on a different system from the website, so a suspension here does not affect it. You can log in, view invoices, pay and raise a ticket exactly as normal.
